15-Day Return Policy

You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • The coloring book is unused and undamaged.

  • No pages have been colored, written on, torn, folded, or altered in any way.

  • The product is returned in its original condition.

Products that show signs of use or damage are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Your full name

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

  • Photos of the product, if requested for verification

Our team will verify your order details and confirm whether your return is eligible.

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product before returning it. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The coloring book has been colored, marked, written in, or otherwise used.

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • The item is returned without prior approval from our support team.
